EULA - End User License Agreement

for any and all losses, including but not
limited to lost profits or attorney fees, ClemCode may suffer due to any
purposeful conduct on your part in material breach of any of the terms and
conditions set out in this End User License Agreement that causes a loss or
legal problem for ClemCode or due to any conduct on your part that you should
have known would be in material breach of any of the terms and conditions set
out in this End User License Agreement that causes a loss or legal problem for
ClemCode.
5.0. SIGNATURES AND DATES
5.1. In witness of their acceptance of the above terms and conditions of this
End User License Agreement, the parties, by themselves or by their duly
authorized representatives, have AGREED TO BE BOUND by all of the terms and
conditions of this END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT by pressing the
"I ACCEPT" BUTTON at the bottom of this End User License Agreement.
No further signature is required in order to be bound by all the terms and
conditions of this End User License Agreement.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Software Products (System Menu Shortcuts) purchased, downloaded, installed
and used from ClemCode Web Site (CLEMCODE.COM) is provided, "As Is",
"As Available"
Disclaimer of Liability, the parties, by themselves or by their duly authorized
representatives, have AGREED TO BE BOUND by all of the terms and conditions
of this DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY by pressing the "I Agree" BUTTON
at the serial screen. No further signature is required in
order to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer of Liability.
